Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include all original tags, accessories, and components (if applicable).
• Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@reverth.shop.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
3. Wait for return instructions before sending your item.
4. Securely package the product and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on PayPal and your financial institution.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

• A damaged or defective product
• An incorrect item shipped by us

Reverth will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to personal preference, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the return process outlined in this policy.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
